Back Country Land Trust began with a group of concerned citizens working toward the conservation of open space in San Diego's East County. The organization has worked to protect land, support public access where appropriate, and care for habitats that benefit wildlife and people.
Wright's Field is central to that work. Through stewardship, restoration, outdoor learning, guided walks, and community involvement, the Trust continues to care for this important local open-space resource.
